Kyle Sorensen
Co-Owner
Kyle is a life-long Central Texan, through in through. After leaving his home town (Round Rock, TX) to obtain an education at Texas State University, the Austin area has now been home to him and his family for 15 years, currently residing in Dripping Springs.

With a strong background in hospitality & customers service, Kyle wanted to bring something different into the stereotypical public outlook of construction & contracting. Having a deep entrepreneurial spirit + years of experience engaging directly with customers, employees, vendors & sub contractors, not a project goes by without giving it the very best.

When not in meetings and hopping between job sites, Kyle enjoys golfing, fishing, being with family, and serving / hanging with his Church "Framily."

Michael Lapaglia
Co-Owner
Michael grew up in Leander, TX and graduated from Texas State University in 2006. While in college, he started his own landscape service, and later merged with an outdoor living company upon graduation.
Passionate about football, leadership, and impacting young lives, he also spent 10 years as a varsity football coach for Regents School of Austin while managing sales for the outdoor living company he joined.
Being in the industry for almost 2 decades, Michael has seen the growth in Central Texas first hand, and has a great sense of what clients want most from their outdoor space.
Residing in the Lake Travis area with his Wife, Autumn since 2008, he leads our Lakeway and North / Central Austin projects. Michael loves to spend time with family and friends, time on the lake wake surfing, coaching his son’s sports teams, and watching his daughter in Gymnastics. He’ll swing a golf club with Kyle every now and then also.
